Public bodies make decisions which affect our lives, be it departments enacting laws, the Government or the Prison Authorities.  We advise clients on how these decisions can be reviewed by the High Court, by way of a Judicial Review.

In 2011, we launched a Judicial Review which led to a change in the Law relating to the Dangerous Dogs Legislation.
